How to Raise a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Ninecheating Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you phoned or contacted Ninecheating Windows & Siding
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Ninecheating Windows & Siding cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work, process warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@ninecheating.world and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
